Brittany Skorupski-Williams is the Director of Private Equity and Project Manager at Parker Benjamin, where she helps lead the acquisition, capitalization, and redevelopment of historic and value-add properties across Connecticut.
With a background that blends finance, real estate, and community development, Brittany takes a hands-on approach to every project, from underwriting and investor relations to managing the details that bring a redevelopment vision to life.
Before joining Parker Benjamin, she served as the Blight and Housing Officer for a Connecticut municipality, working closely with state and local partners on neighborhood revitalization efforts. She also brings more than a decade of experience in property management and real estate sales.
Brittany earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Real Estate and is completing her Master of Science in International Real Estate (MSIRE) at Florida International University. She holds a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License and a Connecticut Salesperson’s License.
Passionate about adaptive reuse, community redevelopment, and sustainable development, Brittany is dedicated to transforming underutilized spaces into projects that create long-term value for investors and the communities they serve.
