Dakota plays an integral role in bringing Parker Benjamin’s vision to life by lending a fresh, forward-thinking perspective to Connecticut’s historic real estate landscape. With over a decade of experience in the customer service and business management sector, she has developed a strong foundation in operations, team leadership, and client relations.

As Director of Property Management for Parker Benjamin and Project Manager across multiple developments, Dakota oversees day-to-day operations and long-term performance of residential and commercial properties throughout the state. 

Dakota is committed to cultivating a modern and innovative approach to adaptive reuse and construction, working closely with architects, contractors, communities, and municipal partners to revitalize historic buildings and strengthen local neighborhoods.
