Nathan Hale 


Nathan Hale Elementary School, located at 160 Spruce Street in Manchester, Connecticut, was built in 1922 by the Cheney Brothers in Neo-Classical Revival Institutional style. It is a contributing property to the Manchester Historic District and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The property has a total living area of 45,536 square feet. 


This certified history adaptive reuse and restoration project will convert the building into 41 apartments utilizing state & federal historic tax credits.
