Zack brings a client-first, numbers-driven approach to Parker Benjamin’s growing portfolio. A CT licensed Realtor with a background in residential sales and leasing, he has worked with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors across Greater Hartford and Eastern Connecticut, giving him a well-rounded understanding of what both residents and property owners need to succeed.
As Property Manager and Leasing Agent, Zack oversees leasing activity and resident relations, guiding prospective tenants from first showing through move-in while supporting the day-to-day operations that keep Parker Benjamin’s properties running smoothly.
Zack is completing his degree in Finance at Central Connecticut State University, where his studies in investment analysis and real estate finance inform his perspective on property performance and long-term value.
Years in the hospitality industry have also shaped his commitment to responsiveness and genuine customer service, qualities he brings to every resident and owner interaction.
